Different Features of Various Pressure Calibrators

June 27th, 2012 at 08:40 am

Pressure calibrator is widely used in industrial and scientific fields, and all of them have their own features to adapt to specific environment. To choose the proper type of cutting torch, we should know well about the technology utilized in production, the environment and production cost. There are several kinds of pressure calibrators, such as electro connecting pressure calibrator, transmissible pressure calibrator, stainless steel pressure calibrator, diaphragm-seal pressure calibrator, and vibration-resisting pressure calibrator.

As for the electro connecting pressure calibrator, its accuracy class is before 0.4, because the elastic sensitive components need to drag the instruction instruments and electricity contact signal institutions simultaneously. Furthermore, there are specific requirements about the indication accuracy of electro connecting pressure calibrator and signal sent by electric contact.

Transmissible temperature pressure gauge can send the synchronous linear signal, and in the meanwhile it can feel the pressure and give the corresponding instructions. Thus, transmissible pressure calibrator can realize the local measurement instruction and transmission of pressure signal to distant instruments at the same time. There are two kinds of working principle for this device. One of them can express the pressure value by resistance signal, which is called resistance transmissible pressure calibrator. The other kind of pressure calibrator called differential pressure calibrator use the electric current signal to express the pressure value.

Stainless steel pressure calibrator, which is made of stainless steel materials, can be classified into conventional stainless steel pressure calibrator and wide stainless steel pressure calibrator. The later can be used to measure the pressure of corrosive medium in the corrosive environment. There are many kinds of the pressure calibrators, which can measure the specific medium, such as ammonia pressure calibrator, oxygen pressure calibrator, and chlorine pressure calibrator. All these kinds of pressure calibrator are made of special materials and technologies.

Diaphragm-seal pressure calibrator is made of regular pressure calibrator and isolation device. And because the pressure calibrator does not need to touch those medium, the material which is used to produce the pressure calibrator is irrelative with the medium. Also, it measures the pressure value in the state of isolation. As a result, this kind of pressure calibrator has many advantages. For example, its accuracy class is quite high and it can measure a majority of objects.

Vibration-resisting pressure calibrator, because of damping fluid in this ammonia pressure gauge, can work in the vibratory environment. In order to adapt to higher requirement of vibration resistance, most of vibration-resisting pressure calibrator adopts carousel methods. In general, it measures the pressure value through the rotation of dial.
