JHS Subsidiary Licenses Power over Ethernet Technology to JHS Networks, Inc.
JHS Research Corporation (ACTG) announced today that its Chalumeau Power Systems LLC subsidiary has entered into a license agreement with JHS poe switch, Inc. covering patents generally relating to Power Over Ethernet technology. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware with respect to certain JHS products.
